FEES AND PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Different needs can call for different kinds of therapeutic work.
At Resilience, therapy is shaped around the individual rather than placing people into a fixed programme based on a label or diagnosis.
We consider what is bringing you to therapy, the kind of therapeutic work that may be appropriate, and the practitioner whose training and professional scope fit your needs. Those differences can affect the fee.
Use the guide below to explore which type of support may be relevant to what you’re experiencing. If you already know which service you want to book, you can book directly. If you’re unsure, send us an enquiry and we’ll help you identify an appropriate starting point and confirm the fee before therapy begins.
